New Orleans
We are seeking a full-time intern to join our New Orleans studio in-person for Spring & Summer 2024 for a minimum period of six months. The candidate should be enrolled in either an undergraduate or graduate degree program in landscape architecture. The candidate should have excellent visualization and rendering skills, be self-motivated and able to work well with team members. Digital modeling skills are desired. A proficiency in all Adobe programs and AutoCAD are required.

Current Opening: Civil Engineer
New Orleans
We are looking for an energetic, creative and collaborative civil engineer with experience delivering complex urban projects. The position offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and help define and develop a design-focused engineering resource within the firm.
Our work ranges from park and open space design to community revitalization and planning to large scale infrastructural work, with a focus on sustainable and ecologically sensitive design. The position is located in the New Orleans office.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- 5-10 years of professional civil engineering experience
- Must be currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in Louisiana or have the ability to become licensed.
- Experience carrying projects through technical design and performing engineering calculations
- Experience writing technical specifications and reports
- Experience preparing cost estimates
- Experience taking projects through construction administration
- Experience in civil site design including erosion control, utilities, site layout, grading, paving, and sustainable stormwater management
- Experience managing and mentoring staff designers, developing details, and redlining drawings
- Ability to perform work on many different project types and be a proficient multi-tasker
- Optional Preferred Skills: Ability to perform hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, environmental engineering background
